Terms of Service

The figure is set on the call, before dispatch, and includes the $89 service call. It does not change at the door. A change of scope on site is quoted separately and needs your approval before work goes on.

Ranges on the site are typical, not binding. Evening attendance adds +$50, overnight +$85, both already inside the quoted total.

Only somebody entitled to the property or vehicle — identification with the address, a lease, registration papers, or an owner or manager confirming. For keypads, fobs and shared entries, only the person responsible for the system may order codes changed or credentials reissued.

Non-destructive entry is attempted first; drilling needs your explicit consent and an agreed replacement price. Codes we set and credential lists we produce are handed to the person who authorised the work and are not kept after the job closes.

Labour is covered 90 days from the visit; hardware and electronics carry their manufacturers' warranties. Misuse, later forced entry, and alterations by others are outside both.

Payment is due on completion, by card or contactless, with an itemised invoice by email. Once a technician has been dispatched and arrives, cancelling carries the fee quoted at booking.

To the extent the law permits, liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for it; liability that cannot lawfully be limited is unaffected.

These terms are governed by CA law; disputes go to the courts serving Sunnyvale.
